Class & Workshop Refund Policy
We want you to be able to take the Class or Workshop you signed up for, but we understand that Happy Accidents happen. For Class and Workshop ticket purchases, we offer full refunds up to 2 days prior to the event.
Any cancelations within 48 hours prior to the event, the student will receive a credit towards a future class/workshop.
To receive a REFUND OR CREDIT, you must fill out the Contact Me form and provide us with the details of your request in the message box. We will do our best to respond to you by email within 2 business days with information about your refund or credit.
Art Sale Item(s) Refund Policy
Original Art & Commissioned Art
– All sales final.
– No refunds.
Original Art is typically unique and is often difficult to resell as “new”. We want you to love your art, however for original or commissioned artwork, all sales are final. Therefore we ask that you ensure that the piece(s) you choose work for you and your space.
We do offer to “Hold” a piece for you for 48 hours if you would like to measure your space. You may also email us a photo of your wall and we can send you a virtual proof of the piece placed in your image. (Please make sure the image includes your ceiling and floor and let us know what your ceiling height is).
Giclee Prints / Art Reproductions
– We want you to love your art! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return Art Prints within 7 business days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Art Print Returns are accepted only if in their original, undamaged condition, using the original packaging.
BOB ROSS MERCHANDISE RETURNS
For any Bob Ross Merchandise Purchased through our website.
(As we are a reseller of Bob Ross Inc. products, we utilize the same policy as Bob Ross Inc. Please check back here as this is subject to change without notice.)

– Defective merchandise replaced if reported within 5 days of receipt.
All Bob Ross items ordered through us are dropped shipped from Bob Ross Inc. Please inspect all items upon receipt and use the Contact Me form within 5 days of receipt. I will send you a separate email that you can reply to and send photos of any damages. I will then contact Bob Ross Inc. for a ‘return authorization number’ and forward to you with instructions for returning any authorized merchandise . Merchandise without a return authorization will not be accepted.
