Rendering of Bob Ross’ Quiet Cove (Cropped) – 2025 – Oil on canvas – 24″ x 18″
This is one of my certification pieces I painted during my third week long class in New Smyrna Fl at the Bob Ross Workshop with instructor Nic Hankins. Bob Ross produced 31 episodes of the Joy of Painting® on PBS before his death in 1994. During our instruction, Nic showed us how to used “cropped” sections of Bob’s paintings to create an endless number of scenes to choose from. This is from Season 23 Episode 5.
